At Ratio, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home essentials. If a piece doesn't fit your space perfectly, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all hardware and assembly instructions are included to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your box, covering any previous shipping marks.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your receipt; once received at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
